The Overall Process is good and standardize. The Interview process involves multiple rounds and online exam. The online exam based on therapy and basic understanding and Psychometric test is there. After successful attempt there are multiple hierarchy interview schedule.

Income of Incentive is Least and Too many Criterias .

Interview process was good, as it was a walk-In interview it was well-managed. Overall it was great. Everyone in the company was well dressed and decent. I can say it was a great experience.

2. Group discussion. Topic is provided on the spot and 2min prep time given. Round goes on for 10mins.
