Straightforward and pleasant, but it can be faster. I had a good series of conversations with different stakeholders in the product discipline chain. Everyone was pleasant and friendly! Fuss free.

Easily the worse process I've gone through. First two interviews the HR person didn't show up for the screening. The 3rd reschedule went fine. After a successful screening I scheduled another interview after prompt them for more information after my HR person went on a break without notice. We scheduled an interview with hiring manager only for it to be canceled minutes before. I was told I would be contacted about rescheduling but never was. Wasted 1hr in meetings where no one showed up, then was eventually ghosted after one successful interview. There seems to be no accountability for treating people well.
