I applied online. Then a recruiter reached out to me via email. Then I had a quick phone screen interview asking basic questions about my availability. Then I had a final interview with an area manager at the factory.

The interview was very organized and had a solid direction. The interviewer was friendly and kept the conversation very straight forward. I received many recommendations for this company and I plan to start work this spring.
