Applied online through college job board and then did a quick technical phone screen. Moved on to the onsite interview and did some coding questions on a laptop and then talked to a senior engineer about theoretical and behavioral coding questions. Ex. How do you test your code, refactoring code. Got the offer after coming in and talking to the co-founders the next week. Interesting company but very consultancy based as projects are done with smaller client companies and creating essentially ecommerce platforms.

I applied online. President Peter responded immediately even during weekend and scheduled an interview onsite on Monday. It's a very well organized interview. The interview lasted for more than an hour, through out the process the interviewer was very pleasant and helpful.
