Cisco Junior College interview questions

It was very general. What were my goals , where did I view myself in 5 years, strengths ,weaknesses. It was a management position that I had been doing for several months after the director had retired . They hired another person that had a degree in accounting , but no experience with college bookstores , she lasted 6 months .
