Citicorp Services India Senior Python Developer interview questions

I had applied for a python position and also made it very clear to HR that i am looking for Python opportunities but still a person who took my interview had a Java background and asked me questions about Java as i had Java in my resume as a part of previous projects. As i was applying for a python role, i did not brush up Java in very detail. Still i would say my first round went above average but i did not hear from Citi after the interview and its been a week. I wrote to the HR and even tried contacting her but no response. This is very unprofessional. would not recommend wasting your time and mind with Citi.
