I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clallam County, WA
Interview
Applied online, got an interview on 2 days notice, met panel, rejected 2 days later. post-mortem revealed that several individuals were local and inter-networked socially, from high school, college and local businesses. This is factual and not an opinion. Accordingly, I suspect that that the open position(s) are likely internally placed before the req goes out. I will say that they exceptionally friendly and polite. Not much time wasted either.
