There were total of 3 interview rounds. First was with the head of HR and subsequently with desk manager and finally global desk head. Questions mainly assesses character and grit to work under high stress environment and handling rejection.

Submit application, followed by one way video interview. Then online HR interview, mostly looking for cultural fit. Lasted 30-40 minutes, generally conversational and interested in experience/background, interpersonal skills. Examples of leadership, teamwork etc,.

What has been your biggest challenge through your degree?
Behavioural questions and motivational questions. i.e. what do you know about Clarksons, why do you want to be a shipbroker ect. And before that it was a pre-recorded interview with four questions.
