Started off talking to an internal recruiter. She was very well organized and available throughout the whole process to answer any questions I had.
Moved to a zoom call with the CTO and the President of the company where we talked about my background, where the company is headed, and what they were looking for. This was followed by a couple of fairly standard engineering interviews focussed on technical ability and process. And finally a meeting with the CEO focussed on culture fit.
While interviewing is always a little stressful, everyone I met throughout the process was genuinely nice, very helpful, and willing to answer all the questions I had about the company.
It is a decent number of interviews to go through before a decision. But I believe they really care about the company culture and want to make sure they are finding the right people as they grow.
