3 rounds: Rd. 1- 30 minute behavioral/case interview Rd. 2- 2 45min case/behavioral interviews (both very basic market sizing) Rd. 3- 2 30min case/behavioral interviews with upper level management (both basic market sizing) Overall, interviews were very straightforward like the ones on their website, the younger associates seemed super happy about their work and really enjoyed hearing about my past experiences. One of the final round interviews, was not a hard case, however she made it extremely difficult by saying things then taking them back. Saying there were no competitors in the field, then she noted later that I had missed a key additional consideration, she said "there are major competitors in this field". Puts me in the awkward situation to either say or not say, "I apologize, but you mentioned earlier there were no competitors in this field." The case was not difficult at all, and with the others I had a lot of connection to them, but felt as though she had misspoken and did not take that very well. Pretty much ruined weeks of interviewing and prep for the job.
