Two rounds of interview focused on disease and selecting the indication to develop for early stage biotech. The interviewer are mostly from science background. They are nice, but the questions are difficult for non-science background candidates.

The interview was composed of two rounds, one behavioral interview with a quick introduction and two standard questions. The case part of the interview was life science related, pretty intuitive. Each round was 30min and both interviewers were personable.

relatively straightforward, both interviewers are very nice and helpful. Case interview first then behavioral. There are three behavioral "story type" questions, so be prepared to tell your stories! We finished the behavioral interview within 20 mins, so I also had plenty of time to ask questions. A good experience overall.
