AC was a smooth process, Case study interview was definitely difficult. Competency and commercial awareness are doable if put in enough efforts to prepare in advance, need to type fast for the written task

Interview
HR interview - chit chat, basic CV questions, future plans
Written test - multiple questions on technical knowledge which lasts a couple of hours
Panel interview - a group of 5-6 lawyers from different practice groups; basically going over your CV

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clifford Chance (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview was the final stage of the assessment centre for a training contract with the firm. Conducted by a partner and a senior associate from different teams and lasted approximately 1h45.
First ~45 minutes were spent answering technical questions related to the written assessment task. Final hour was more general interview / competency based questions. Some difficult questions in there, but both interviewers were very friendly and overall a really positive experience.
