Clinical Management Consultants interview questions

The initial interview was held via zoom. The follow-up interview was also via zoom. The homework assignment was to write a recruiting ad for a Nursing Manager position for a fictitious position at a hospital. After a follow up email, the company representative never followed through.

The hiring process consisted of two interviews. The first was roughly a 20 minute phone screening with the initial recruiter. I then sent a writing prompt and set up the second interview. The second (and final) interview was an hour long video call. Very quick and efficient interview process.
