Shortly after I applied, I received a phone call from the recruiting department for an informal phone interview. They followed the phone interview by sending me a link to their Culture Index Survey. This was a simple, quick test which I found later was used to do an initial evaluation of my personality and work ethic.
The next day, I received another phone call to set up an in-person interview. At the time, I was living about 5 hours away and in the middle of relocating so was worried I would be passed up, but they worked with me on allowing me to schedule a visit within 2 weeks. The first in-person interview was with a group of about 6 other applicants and 2 interviewers, and began with an aptitude test. This was my first group interview experience, but the recruiters made it pleasant and comfortable.
Following that interview, I soon received a phone call to schedule a second in-person interview with the GM and CEO. I received an offer shortly after that interview. It was clear they had an extremely strong focus on their company culture, and competency of their employees. It was great to see, and was valuable to me as a potential employee to view their focus on creating a strong team.
