Club Assist North America interview questions

The interview seemed simple. I had a phone interview with someone from HR. Then they scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. Nothing out of the ordinary was discussed. They asked about my previous background and how much experience I had with month-end close processes.

I sent my resume to the Warehouse Supervisor. I was then contacted by the HR department. After reviewing my resume they asked me to submit an application and do all their paperwork for the hiring process. Because driving was part of the position i had to pass a drug screen. They also eventually sent me for a physical test to make sure i could handle the work load in the warehouse. I had a face to face interview with the Warehouse Supervisor and the General Manager of Logistics. All went well and i was offered the position after my driving record and drug screen came back.
