Interview
Had a interview with the GM. Initially went in looking for the server position, but with my lack of experience they ended up offereing the bussing or host position. Ultimately I took the host position. During the interview process I was asked about myself, hobbies, etc. I also asked some questions myself.. trying to get to know the GM on a personal level. I was hired on the spot. As long as you're somewhat social you shouldnt have a problem getting the job.

Interview
Fast, quick and easy! Sit down with the manager and asked some simple questions about professional aspirations and goals for scheduling. Given some initial info on training and uniform expectations.
Super simple, availability and personality related. Asked about my extracurriculars, grades, and habits. Nothing out of the blue or complicated and I heard back very soon. It felt like they were already going to hire me anyways
