Mini Interview, leading to interviews with potential hirers. Training on how to interview and sessions on the role. Group sessions for presence training and mock calls for recruitment. Question and answer, very conversational. Getting to know each other. Giving feedback on the interviews, helping to achieve something out of each interview. Assessing how well the culture fit is. Giving honest reviews about the company you've interviewed for. You can ask what sort of company you want to work for and you will be placed for an interview there

Interview
I've applied online and within 2 days they called me. We had a small chat over the phone (basic interview questions) and then I received an email with an invitation for face-to-face interview. It was pretty easy and the people I met there were friendly and made me feel like home.
