interview process was great! President was down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and passionate about his business and the people who work for him. VP of Operations was also passionate about the business, the employees and the future of the company. Plant Manager was great, answered any questions I had in detail and I could tell he loved his job and the company. All in all, one of the best interviews I've had. It was more like a friendly conversation than an interview, which was much appreciated.
