1. Written response to a customer support email
2. Live conversation with an AI-powered "difficult customer"
3. Internal communication task to relay customer feedback to product teams
Streamlined and informative with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and validate information. Assessment was not easy but gave me a taste of the amazingness of the product and honestly proved I could do the job.
