Do not work here, it's falling apart

Pros

There are maybe three people who actually care about you and want to see you do well.

Cons

Any positive reviews about this company are fake. Like another reviewer said, it's all smoke and mirrors. Most of the time, they're selling you a solution that does not exist yet, and then the CEO asks you to build it in less than a month. Seriously, if you're an employee, customer, or prospect–stay far away from this company. It is a sinking ship. Everyone who works here is extremely stressed out. The CEO does not trust his employees to do their jobs. He acts like a Sales Leader, a Marketer, an Engineer, and everything in between, so I'm not sure when he has time for CEO-duties. There is also ZERO diversity. Everyone here is white and hired on referrals. It's ironic, they refuse to post external job listings or give equal opportunities to others. What I've learned since leaving this company? There is a better world out there. Life can be beautiful. Other companies, even start-ups, do not operate like this. This culture is toxic. Everyone who works here is truly under a spell. There is a better world out there, and I hope they get to see it one day.

Pros

Marketing makes this company look like a million bucks! Competitive salary and benefits. Good people at the individual contributor level. B players.

Cons

It's all smoke and mirrors... fairy dust. What they are selling does not exist. Solutions are built in real time. Commitments are overpromised and underdelivered. More time is spent putting out fires from broken solutions, reworking contracts, explaining vague terms when contracts are called into question, no standards... everything is "bespoke" and adhoc. Duct tape and super glue. If you have integrity and want to believe in the solution you are selling, this is not the place for you. No focus on people development, career progression, etc.
