Cognizant Manager- Projects interview questions

Multiple rounds. Two HR rounds followed by technical round and then HR round. But fairly easy if you have command on your cv and skills you mentioned. Each round lasted about half an hour.

1 technical round followed by managerial and hr round. There were multiple reschedules which made the process seemed a bit unplanned. However the main issue was the salary negotiation. The HR knew expectations before the interviews and is now citing budget constraints after completing the process and their counter offer is nowhere near the expectation. Personally found it extremely unprofessional
