I applied online. I interviewed at Coinbase in Aug 2020
Interview
Standard HR screener call followed by a video chat with the managing counsel. It was clear he hadn't prepared or had seen my CV. We worked through the interview with him looking at my linkedin profile. Ultimately a waste of time decided he needed someone with more experience in a few narrowly applicable fields of law. I'm sure he never actually got around to reviewing my CV.

I applied online. I interviewed at Coinbase (New York, NY)
Interview
Unprofessional interviewing process. The recruiter sent me a calendar to select my available time slots. I selected A LOT of time slots, but the recruiter scheduled me for a time slot that I didn't select anyways, and gave me no way to change it. Interviewer kept asking compound questions (i.e., lumping 2 or 3 questions in one question), which made it difficult for you to answer every part of the question.

Remote interview for 100% remote position. One of the interviewer was a no show. Was eventually rejected because "You did not turn on your cam during the interview " despite I asked the interviewer if it was fine not to due to technical error.
