I quickly learned how smooth and resuaring the interview process was, there was 3 rounds, the first was with my direct manager, the second was with my pm's colleagues and the final round was with the CEO of the company.

Interview
Interview process was typical and as expected, pre-screen phone call with HR, meeting with Hiring Manager, and opportunity to meet with a handful of team members (both on the team and those the position would be working with) . All interviews were virtual.

Questions were centered around experience, previous positions and project work. There were also questions around work and communication style to help determine fit within the culture and team. Overall a good experience, interviews were more conversational and genuine vs rigid, rapid fire questions.
