Was referred to by an alum of my school. Got asked to come in for an interview, which consisted of the Executive Director and three Shareholder Partners. The interview took place in their conference room and was about 45 minutes long. It was very conversational, but they will be thorough about your resume and any gaps you have. I didn't have any real litigation experience and so they asked a lot about my qualifications for the job.
