I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Coloplast (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I went through an intense process of 8 interviews for a position over 3 months.
Among the skills needed, the job required experience in a specific area (OR) that I didn't have and I made sure to mention it during the phone screening interview. I was told this wouldn't be dismissing as my skill set matched the profile needed and I would get training and practice in the OR later.
After 8 interviews, we were down to 2 candidates and they told me they were going with the other one because I didn't have experience in OR... They should have told me from the get-go and saved me 3 months of stress.
All in all, I am extremely disappointed by the company, especially when they only left a voicemail to let me know I wasn't getting the job; but I'm actually happy I didn't get the job...

Question 1
How did you turn a failure into an opportunity to success?
How do you prioritize 3 projects with different consequences involved?

Interview
First round was great, talked with the actual manager who I'd be working with and he took an extra 20 minutes to talk, he was really nice and seemed to see my potential for growth as well as what I'd bring to the team.
Second round was with a director who seemed like they were only going to follow a script and ask the same questions. I understand keeping things standardized across interviews but it felt like I was just data to be collected, not a person to be understood. They weren't mean about it or anything, very polite and professional, but not as engaged as my first round.
Turns out in that interview I think we both realized I was looking for something different, so it didn't matter that much in the end.

Interview

Interview
Very structured interview process, a screening ground then a set question and answer session with line managers, really lacked any chance to learn about personalities (theirs or mine) quite soulless. Didn’t come away with any sense that it would be a great place to work…. Probably came across in my ongoing enthusiasm
