Phone calls and emails. One in person meeting for a tour. Mostly discussed past experience and undergrad research. The school was great but they were looking for someone with more industry experience.
Good Interview, Asked about all the experience i'm having. before joining the university. It was great to meet all the healthy people. Also asked more about the next projects i may work in the future.
