Overall, my interview experience took over 2 months. I was recruited for one position but was later told it was filled. Instead, I was interviewed for a higher-level role. Although I enjoyed meeting the team, I was disappointed that I didn't get to present my prepared presentation. After weeks of waiting, I met the team but was not invited to the final interview. This was one of the most disorganized experiences I've had, and I felt a lack of respect and transparency.
