Interview
Interview through Zoom with new grad coordinator and hiring managers for units you have expressed interest in. After the interview, new grad coordinator calls you with an offer. Mountain Region does not hire directly into units, they hire into "tracks" (acute care, critical care, etc) and are placed on a specific unit during orientation.

Question 1
Think of a disease process you are familiar with. Describe the signs and symptoms, what kind of assessments you might perform, what nursing interventions you would implement, and what kind of patient education you would provide.
cherry picked candidates, they fear if you deal with a relative working at the hospital they asked you right away who it is making sure you're not bluffing and it is not a relative of supervisor or manager. at first they rejected my inquiries, but then i tried applying mentioning in my cover letter that i know someone at st john and they responded right away
