Community 1st Credit Union (IA) interview questions

Interview process was very simple, was a 1:1 with the Managing Director of the branch. Interview questions were very basic and simple. Was very disappointed with the communication after the interview process. The Director said I would hear back from them soon - that was almost 4 weeks ago. I followed up the interview with a thank you message and yet still heard nothing. It takes 2 minutes to write an email saying they're choosing another candidate or that my experience isn't what they're looking for. Interviewer also talked more about how she wished she had more PTO than she tried to sell the position.
