Community Power interview questions

We discussed my past experience in university working with sustainable technology and why I would be passionate about the role. I talked about how I've overcome past challenges and what I was looking to get out of the role.

Got tour of facility. Sat down with two managers and asked standard questions about courses would I be up for doing the job etc. After getting asked in for a second interview I spoke with two people on the engineering team. They were very friendly, it seemed that they were trying to get a sense for chemistry as much as anything.
