Compania Quimica interview questions

I responded to an announcement looking for an accounting assistant. I was interview by the manager of the Accounting Department, who asked me if I had a bachelor degree, the experience I had, previous jobs I have done, if I live near to the work place, which was an important factor because they start working at 7:30 am. It was only one interview appointment. I think what they were looking at that moment was someone young and hardworking with an attitude towards accomplishing goals. My impression was that the company was focus on achieving high quality standards of production but also on caring about the workers who made it possible.
