I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Compass Professional Health Services (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
The beginning of the interview process is essentially a phone screen where you discuss hours and get a job description. After that you go in for an interview, take a couple tests, and speak with 2-3 employees. You typically speak to someone in the position you are applying for, someone who would be your supervisor, and then the manager. None of the interview was particularly difficult and they got back to me very quickly afterwards, the same afternoon.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Compass Professional Health Services (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
The hiring process started with the application that had pre-interview questions. Maybe about a week later I received an email from a recruiter telling me to complete an assessment that wasn't hard but had LSAT type of questions including some insurance/deductible questions. After the assessment, 2 days later I was told I passed the assessment and was scheduled for an interview with 2 managers. Because I didn't live in Dallas, I scheduled a Skype interview with them. I interviewed for about 30 minutes each with the 2 different managers as they went over the position and asked me questions regarding my background. Overall I was very pleased with the interview. After the interview I waited to hear back about next steps or if I did/didn't get the job but never heard back. I would say the interview process was very professional except for after the interview. No type of follow-up or feedback was given even when I emailed them. Maybe that was a sign.

Question 1
Tell me why you'd be a great fit for the position.

Interview
Declined because a 40k salary for the Health Pro job isn't not competitive at all compared to other job offers and the company gave no indication that salary negotiation was possible.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Compass Professional Health Services
Interview
I found the position on a college job board and sent an email with a resume and cover letter. HR then contacted me about taking a timed aptitude test. After my scores were processed and indicated that I qualified, I was contacted about having a phone interview (you must schedule this yourself). The interview is about 15 minutes long with basic questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years, Tell me about yourself, What motivates you, etc." After this, I was asked to come for an in-person interview with 3 people (2 separate interviews) and asked questions over the information on my resume. A lot of it was giving examples of how you handle disagreements, stress in the workplace, what's one thing you dislike about your current position etc.
