The interview was straight to the point. They then test your typing skills and grammar. Based on my score, the pay got increased a little. But it's rare that something like this happens because they're pretty strict with the starting salary.

Interview
Hired off of Craigslist. At the office, I filled out a job form. The receptionist had me do a speed typing test on a computer program. The supervisor gives a quick interview, then hands out a written exam to test our grammar skills and knowledge of commercial companies.
