After initial screening, they have you come in to complete a THREE hour 8 page exam consisting of outdated personality questions, drafting a letter, math skills, and critical thinking questions. You can’t use a calculator and you complete it on a chair in the waiting room. Insane amount of time wasted for a minimum wage job. Felt exploitative. Oh and one question asked my skin color and hair color??? Would never recommend this place.

First you apply in person, and fill out an evaluation form. The form has math and english competency questions, along with a personality section.
The interview is typically done in groups of 2-4, with a manager and Dr. Yorizane in his office.They will give an overview of the position before asking questions.
You may not be contacted for a few weeks afterwards.
