Comprehensive Optometric Care interview questions

After initial screening, they have you come in to complete a THREE hour 8 page exam consisting of outdated personality questions, drafting a letter, math skills, and critical thinking questions. You can’t use a calculator and you complete it on a chair in the waiting room. Insane amount of time wasted for a minimum wage job. Felt exploitative. Oh and one question asked my skin color and hair color??? Would never recommend this place.
