Compressco interview questions

Not good. The hiring manager started the interview by saying I am not prepared to this meeting. It was weird. I felt like I couldn’t speak about my qualifications sometimes because the conversation went off topic multiple times! Another hiring manager complained about having a migraine multiple times. They didn’t have my resume on hand so make sure to take copies of your resume with you. They are not fans of employees working from home. The hiring manager’s phone rang multiple times it was very disruptive. They didn’t even offer water. Every in-location interview I’ve been to always ask if I need anything before the meeting. Overall, it was unprofessional and rude. I had to repeat myself going over my resume because different people came in at different times.

It was very brief & I wasn't told the whole truth. I was told that there was room for advancement but in reality they wouldn't consider me for another position at Head Office as I was needed where I was, so I was told. I was offered the job which I took. I worked there for 3.5 years when I was laid off.
