It's a joke, it's all to see if you will be good telemarketer. They don't hire talent because they do not want to be challenged. Consist of typing test and shadowing someone who already hates their job. They talk it up as if you are going to be managing these large accounts, not the case, you are a upgraded telemarketer.

Very strange interview, kept asking me irrelevant questions, and acted like they were hiring for a high paying position. They were trying to get me to say I'd be happy working at a place like this for years on end for low pay. Bizarre.
