HR followed up for interview. I interviewed with 2 managers the next day. Interviewed virtually, fairly informal and lasted maybe 45 minutes. Questions were task focused with a few "how did you handle a situation" type questions.

Interview
Initial contact was via executive recruiter pursuing a targeted search for my qualifications. Within a week I was subjected to a phone interview with two representatives of the company. One week later I was flown to Calgary and spent 5 hrs discussing the position with senior management of the company. The situation was complicated as my luggage was lost enroute. However, my impression was that the interview went off well. During the interview it became obvious that the company personnel were much less technically capable. And, they were actually searching for a person of lower capability than me. Both the recruiter and I were puzzled at the outcome.
