I had a decent experience. It was Straightforward and clear. There are several rounds with an assessment. The team moves quick so if you are successful you shouldn’t wait too long until the next round.
2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter and was more of a personality test to see if I were a good culture fit. The second interview was with two hiring managers where I was asked standard questions about my experience from my resume.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Consilio (Bengaluru) in Aug 2025

First round was aptitude. Need to be quick. It contains a mix of quants, cn, dbms etc
Technical interview is easy. But u shld be in top of the list during aptitude. So be fast in apt.
