I went through 3 rounds of interviews, my experience overall wasn't the best. Lack of (any) feedback or contact from the recruiter in between rounds, I literally had to send a reminder after every interview to get any news. Some silly questions in the process like 'how did you find us?'. you literally posted a job opening. In the end I got an automated rejection message, sent on a Saturday.
Several interviews that finish in a one-week trial. Lengthy but interesting process that gives you a good idea of how the team and company are actually like. The entire process can take a couple of months. The trial week ends with a presentation.
Standard lengthy first round interview, goes over the company, the basics of the role and previous experience. Unfortunately after being promised they would get back to me the the following tuesday, I was ghosted and emails unreturned.
