The interview went very smooth. They mostly asked about our performance, like how are we gonna cope up with difficulties, how I am gonna be different from others, why should we hire you and general interview questions.

A Group discussion to shortlist good communication skills candidates
Follow up by a personal interview.
Process done within week with immediate joining.
It's a internship + PPO type offer.
The key to crack is good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Process took around a month, It was a campus opportunity, First round was GD, then Interview round, after the selection in these rounds, there were two more rounds of Interview, I was grilled over my skills.
