4 steps (1 phone interview and 3 face to face) - Difficulty: Medium
Mine took a while because I was getting recruited for one team and then moved me to another team and had to do an interview with the Senior Exectuive for that team. You should be fine. It only takes 3 steps average and questions are not tough. Just show confident and that you can multitask and able to sit 8 hours without frustrating.

Interview
Group interview. Excel test, writing test, multi tasking test. They will pump lies to you in the interview about how much room there is for growth and how the pay is fair. All lies. The possibility of growth within the company is there, but it is not worth it because in order to attain said growth you are required to work yourself into the ground. People will seem nice in the interview, and they are, but they are just trapping you into working for a deceitful company.

Interview
The interview wasn't too difficult. He asked very basic interview questions that you would expect in a first interview. Got the interview after meeting with a recruiter at a job fair and the company later emailed me to schedule an interview with them.
