Contxtful interview questions

This has to be one of my top 3 least professional interview processes throughout my career! The screening was standard and then an on-site interview with the CTO, he's very nice and seems knowledgeable, except he kept bragging about how he let the previous team lead go... I didn't read much into it. A while later, I received an invitation to go for a closing interview, this is when things got very unprofessional, I wrote back mentioning my availability and I was ghosted for about a week when I sent a follow-up asking if they still wanna move ahead with the process, 3 seconds later I received a confirmation that they do, I suggested a few dates again and again been ghosted... Another follow up email and they sent me a screenshot (yes, a screenshot) of the available times, it was so blurred out that I literally could not read a single thing... At this point, I decided not to move forward...
