Interview
An email was sent to me with a team's video chat invitation. It was a one-on-one interview with one of the companies' owners. After the first interview there was a second one with one of the BDA managers and the following process was just job description/ welcome to the team.

Gave me a scenario and asked me to pitch to them using the scenario.
Good it didn’t seem too bad or stressful. They were polite and respectful to me. I think this is a nice environment to grow in. Definitely hope everything goes through smoothly.

The lady that was interviewing me was so nice. She gave me the confidence to do the interview with ease and made me comfortable it really was nice to be in an interview for the first time
