Payment is good, you do more work than you're expected to do but hey you gotta hustle for money right?

Cons

These guys doesn't know how to be right on time in their interviews, meetings or any thing that has to do with showing up right on time and they take decisions regarding your future without even letting you know in advance, you maybe a superstar inside the company and getting them all the numbers they could dream of and they would still let you go without any reason

It's a highly rewarding experience. The workplace is supportive, and the team collaborates well, always willing to share knowledge and help one another. I see an improvement in my sales skills. Creative initiatives to keep remote working fun. Management are approachable and always there to help and listen.

Workload tends to be busy to me personally but yet the team makes you keep going which makes it manageable
