Terribly unorganized. They reschedueled my interview twice then I had to wait outside 10 minutes after the interview was supposed to start for the receptionist to return from lunch. She didn't even make eye contact. Then most of the people responsible for interviewing me were not even ready so I had to wait around. Only one of five people i talked too actually read my resume.
The job description was vague at best and no one could tell me a base salary. Apparently I was supposed to already have talked to someone I hadn't met for that information (but that never happened). They did nothing to convince me that I should work for them, instead they made me try to persuade them why I was worthy of their entry level position (that I was more than qualified for) even though I am already currently employed. Almost everyone asked the same questions, leaving me to repeat myself many times over. Interview could have been much shorter.
The people were nice and I don't mean to discredit them professionally, but I believe that if you are going to ask someone to take time off work for an interview you should at least be ready, organized and capable of answering questions.
Needless to say, I didn't bother following up on this one.
