Coreslab Structures interview questions

Short technical interview. Test at the end that includes drawing reading. OT pay and must pass drug screening. Relatively easy interview. Does not require high school diploma. Work unsupervised in all weather.

This interview experience was with the Dundas, Ontario, Canad location of Coreslab Precast. I had a video interview with the Business Developer which went great. We spoke about my educational qualifications, precast experience and I was told they would provide training for this position as it is a "niche" field. I was told that I have a great precast experience and that Coreslab Precast has only so many products and limited projects per year and was asked if I would still be interested. I was then asked about the compensation desired and was forced to give a number however, he would not. Couple days later I was called in for an in person interview. I had to take a small test which went okay. During the in person interview I was complimented on my precast experience and was again told about the limited precast elements and projects, was asked if I would relocate, etc. It was going great so far until at one point I stuttered (3-4 seconds) because of my speech problem. I quickly got myself together and carried on and the rest of the interview went well. Shortly after they had to leave and I was told that I could leave after the test and I would be notified about the results. At this point I knew that I did not get the job. The next business day I get a message on indeed, "We are going in a different direction."
