I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cority Software (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
One phone interview with hiring manager. A week later went to IQS office in Cleveland for in person interview with hiring manager, sales and consulting team. Standard questions. Everyone excited. Great fit. Hiring manager led me to believe an offer was forthcoming, making comments during interview like "when you get your offer packet" and started negotiating salary during the interview. Left feeling good about position and company and people.
A week later I contacted recruiter and found out that the position had been put on hold indefinitely. Not sure what happened there. Drove to Cleveland for interview. Was round trip and but only received mileage reimbursement for one-way trip.

Typical interview. Lots of questions about my experience and background. Reviewed my clinical background and skills and characteristics that have helped me be successful in all roles I have held. Interested in why I was looking for something new.
