      Great culture overshadowed by low pay

      Pros

      This is one of the best workplaces I've ever been part of. Truly a great exec team, great culture, great business outlook.

      Cons

      Despite the great culture, it doesn't feel like employees are actually valued because they prioritize cheap labor. Salaries, at least for positions outside of engineering, are drastically under market value.

      Pay is ok for the industry Good product market fit

      Cons

      More pressure and performing worse. Does not feel like it is being built for long term success, plugging holes to sell the business. High pressure from top down. Leadership making decisions that negatively impact customers, product and team members Strong team members leave and newbies take a while to pick . Working ridiculous hours just to keep up with demands of leadership and customers. Be prepared to be burnt out.
