The interview process begins with a detailed discussion with the Executive Manager, focusing on strategic goals and leadership expectations, followed by an interview with the HR Manager, emphasizing organizational culture, HR policies, and role alignment.

Interview was light. More interesting in finding the right attitude in the employee. Technical questions were kept minimum. Skill matching was done. Final steps were background verification and proofing. Then I was given a personal tour of the company floor and interacted with other full time employees. Finally given an offer.
